The program allowed for guests to visit the various health exhibits during the first hour and then a platform presentation during the 2nd hour.

Nutrition exhibit where various vegetarian recipes were available for a "taste test"

Lectures as well as various health screening exams were presented at each exhibit

Exhibits were in both Kazakh and Russian

One of the popular exams was the Carotid Ultrasound test - sIMT

Each evening the platform presentation featured different topics on Health, Family & Spiritual Values

The Saturday night program included a children's New Start presentation and a free gift for each attendee
